The ITSM/ITAM team has two types of engagements:

• Long-term engagements called Solutions. Solutions are positioned to implement the software and integrate it into the organization.

• Short-term engagements called Rapid Implementation Business Solutions - or RIBS. RIBS are focused on getting a specific goal accomplished quickly with a prescriptive solution and fixed scope of work.
