Pepperweed has developed our own implementation techniques that leverage knowledge from previous engagements and deliver them to our customer's organization. This methodology engages the customer to participate in the delivery process and guides them to best practice implementations. As a result, our customer's organization is more prepared for handling business as usual modifications to solutions after the engagement is completed.
The ESM - BSM team has two types of engagements:
- Long-term engagements called Solutions. Solutions are positioned to implement the software and integrate it into the organization.
- Short-term engagements called Rapid Implementation Business Solutions - or RIBS. RIBS are focused on getting a specific goal accomplished quickly with a prescriptive solution and fixed scope of work.
