- 1-hour Response
With the Pepperweed Support Center, you get access to a senior Support Engineer on every call. When you experience an issue with your HP Software solution, simply call (toll free) or submit a request online and you will be contacted within one hour by a senior Pepperweed Support Center Engineer.
- Monthly Service Reviews
Each month, Pepperweed will perform a support review of your HP Software solution. Monthly service reviews are conducted remotely with your IT staff and management via phone and web conference. This service enables you to optimize your software implementation over time, improving infrastructure effectiveness and increasing IT staff productivity. Optionally, we will provide semi-annual, onsite visits to better manage your support needs.

As members of the HP Authorized Services Management Partner Program (ASMP-S), the Pepperweed Support Center is granted priority queue status, which translates into faster resolution times for HP software issues requiring their involvement.
