The Pepperweed Support Center provides customers with a two hour response by senior-level, U.S.-based experienced engineers at comparable pricing to HP Foundation Support*. Communicate directly to a high-quality, experienced Support Engineer by placing a service call or through the website, either way, avoiding administrative intermediaries.
Your support through Pepperweed doesn't end with the call. As our customer, you will be working with a complete end-to-end solution provider that will support every aspect of your business computing needs for the duration of the solution lifecycle; from design and deployment, to support and maintenance.
*Pepperweed Support is comparable to MSRP of HP Foundation Support, assuming no customer discounts.
