Services are good and necessary. Products are equally as important. But solutions, now that is something that really illustrates the power of Pepperweed and that we understand your biggest challenges and are able solve real business and IT problems. In order to offer solutions, you have to have mature services and products to support them. We get that, and we have that. Solutions often times means complexity of service delivery; therefore, we have a dedicated Engagement Management Office that manages and supports all solution delivery so there are no surprises to our customers about scope, deliverables, hours remaining, invoicing and issue resolution.
