Job Description

The Program/Project manager will be responsible for the development and management of detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and associated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in support of a large scale ITSM deployment. Management and integration of multiple project plans utilizing MS Project will be required. Establishing and managing standard project status report formats and working closely with onsite project coordinators is required. Will establish project success criteria and identify project critical paths to support risk identification and mitigation strategies.
If the candidate does not live locally, then travel is required.

o Relocation to the customer site is not required.
o US Citizenship a requirement.
o Education: BS/MS in Computer Science preferred.

Skills

Must have experience in managing implementation of Hewlett Packard Business Technology Optimization (BTO) software.
Must have experience in identifying risks and developing risk mitigation plans as part of project management.
ITIL project management experience including process development and implementation of supporting technologies strongly preferred.
Ability to manage, control and successfully complete complex IT projects.
Experience with MS Project is required.
