Pepperweed Consulting unlocks the IP vault with the public release of its Process Model

Pittsburgh, PA—July 22, 2008—Best Practice Implementation Starter Kit for Core IT Processes Provided Free of Charge to Benefit All Types of Organizations. Pepperweed, an expert and certified provider of IT management consulting services, today announced that it is making its Pepperweed Process Model available free of charge to the industry.

For the first time, all organizations will have access to Pepperweed’s “Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for IT” free process model, which provides IT process improvement and best practices starter content. The model, available for download on the company’s Web site, offers valuable guidance on how to govern, manage, control, operate and secure the IT function.
