Pepperweed will conduct a half day consultative workshop with customers to review their current system, processes and requirements for HP Service Manager software. The workshop will be conducted based upon Pepperweed’s deep process and implementation experience with the HP Service Manager product line. Pepperweed will focus on the core business requirements and follow a rapid implementation approach, which utilizes out-of-the box workflow and tailoring techniques, allowing our customers to have a quick return on their product investment.
