The Pepperweed Support Center provides customers with a two hour response by senior-level, U.S.-based experienced engineers. Speak directly to a high-quality, experienced Support Engineer by placing a service call or through the website, either way, avoiding administrative intermediaries.

Your support through Pepperweed doesn't end with the call. As our customer, you will be working with a complete end-to-end solution provider that will support every aspect of your business computing needs for the duration of the solution lifecycle; from design and deployment, to support and maintenance.

 

 
Support Center Advantages

Pepperweed Support Center (PSC) offers a wide range of features for our customers;

Dedicated Support Engineer
On every call, you will speak to one of our  high-quality support engineers that have an average of 5+ years of consulting and implementation experience.

Quarterly Service Reviews (QSR)
Each quarter, we will schedule a meeting with you and your team to review the quality of support that is being delivered. It is an excellent opportunity for you to provide feedback on how we can improve.

Software Entitlement and Software Maintenance
As a customer, you are still entitled to all of the HP Software licenses, upgrades, patches, online HP KB access, media and materials provided in your HP maintenance contracts.

Pepperweed and HP Knowledgebase Access
We provide all PSC customers with access to our internally-generated Pepperweed knowledgebase, where we store Required Support Information templates that show base product information to provide to our own PSC support staff.

Enhanced Escalation Management
With our partnership with HP, we have a backend channel to 2nd level support and HP labs that enable us to perform escalations on your cases where HP is involved.

  • Environment discovery and support kick-off meeting
  • HP contract administration
  • Timely and comprehensive responses to suite your schedule.

Pepperweed has IT Support covered:

  • HP ASMP-S Program Certifications:
    • HP Openview, HP Peregrine, HP Mercury, and HP Opsware suites of products
    • Fully dedicated Support Engineer staff certified by HP
